The Planning & Zoning department is responsible for the interpretation and enforcement of the Land Development Code and Comprehensive Plan as it relates to land use regulations, zoning codes, site and building new construction, and redevelopment for the Town of Lee. It is the mission of the Planning & Zoning department to provide fair and equitable administration and enforcement of the codes in a manner that is courteous, respectful, and expedient for the citizens, property owners, and prospective property owners of Town of Lee.
