Welcome to the Town of Lee’s Public Works Department
Application for water service requires the owner of the account to appear in person to open and to request all changes to their utility account. This includes closing accounts, transferring accounts and changing names on the accounts. Fees for opening an account include a $100.00 deposit for water and $100.00 deposit for wastewater, plus $25.00 turn-on fee.
Statements are sent out on the 15th of every month and are payable on or before the 3rd of the following month. A 5% penalty will be added to the current balance on all accounts not paid by the 8th of the month. A service charge of $25 will be charged to regain services in the event utility services are disconnected for non-payment.
We now accept credit or debit cards for water payments only. There is a 3.0% fee. We do not take payments online.
